Today is the day

You all know what I'm talking about. You've been reading about it for about a month...we find out if our baby bean is a baby Troy or baby Olivia today at 3:15! Holy guacamole, I am so excited. I don't think I'll be able to think about anything else the rest of the day. I have to start filling my bladder around 2:00pm today. The instructions told me to just drink 16oz of water 1.5 hours before my appointment, but they didn't know I am someone who drink 32oz every 45 minutes (no joke, I've monitored this). So I'm gonna have to keep it to 32 oz just for the 1.5 hours otherwise I wont be able to walk into the office. I've heard they will send you away if your bladder isn't full enough, so I'm making sure this bladder is full.

On a side note, I've been really happy with my workouts lately:
Mondays: 25 min. cardio at lunch, 20 minutes cardio and strength training after work
Tuesdays: same as above
Wednesdays: same as above
Thursdays: 25 minutes cardio on my lunch
Fridays: 25 minutes on my lunch, 20 minutes cardio and strength training after work
Saturdays: 30 minutes cardio with strength training
Sundays: OFF

I know it looks like I'm working out a lot, and I am, but trust me, I am following all rules I am supposed to and my OB is happy :)

It's great that you've kept so active during your pregnancy!

How do you do cardio on your lunch? Do you take a brisk walk? A quick trip to the gym? I have a hard time squeezing good workouts into my lunch hour, but I'm getting ready to start a full schedule of night school and am worried about when I'll fit in my workouts.

I already read the entry after this so I know what happened!

My doctor's office made me empty my bladder before my ultrasounds. Crazy!
