3 weeks post partum body

Well here it is ladies! This is yours truly right before I headed for beating number 3 from Ms. Jillian Michaels and her 30 day shred. I'm pretty happy with where I am only 3 weeks pp. Excited to see results now that I'm working out again. Although it doesn't help that my mum sent me home with half of her homemade lemon meringue(sp) pie last night , thanks mamacita :)

You look awesome, girl! Look at your itty bitty waist! I go for my 6-week PP appointment on Wednesday, and I get the "ok" to exercise again, but c-section recovery bites...I don't totally feel safe exercising. :( Hopefully that goes away FAST. I still have 11 lbs. to shed! :) I can't wait to Shred.

Mmmmkay can we seriously just start working out together...I have no baby and I gained weight.. and your loosing weight.. that I gain lol.

Holy cow mama you look GREAT!!! I didnt even look like that when I got pregnant with number 2, 14 months PP! keep up the good work! I will be joining the 30 day shred in about 8 weeks!
