Cause Im a Maniac...MAAAANIAC

So I am on a roll lovelies! I have worked out everyday this week. I mean hard workouts (At least to moi).

Sunday - 2.73 mile run - Sprint for 60 seconds, walk for 60 seconds, sprint for 60 seconds, walk for 60 seconds, etc.
Monday- Shred & Biggest Loser Bootcamp
Tuesday - Shred & Biggest Loser Bootcamp
Wednesday - Shred Level 3
Thursday - Shred Level 3 & Bootcamp

I also downloaded myfitnesspal App on my iphone. I've heard so many great things about this app for tracking calories and calories burned and so far, it's bomb.com! Super easy and a great eye opener. I need to work on upping my calories. I don't want to send my body in starvation mode.

Still packing (Insert barf sound effect here) this week. Today Im heading to the paint store with my mom to look at paint swatches and get some quotes. I believe next week we get the keys and get to start moving in. Then let the fun begin!!

I just started using myfitnesspal too and I love it. I use to use fitday.com but like fitnesspal better.

...and you have to work on upping your calories??? Really? It can't be that hard to eat. I do know what you mean though it can be a challenge to eat just the right amount. When you input your exercise to fitness pal do you usually eat those extra calories that it allows you to have? I usually use up about half of them, I'm not sure if I should use them all, half, or none of them. Just wondering what you do?

Way to go Momma! I love myfitnesspal, seriously it keeps me right on track! Good luck with all things moving, I hate packing but the end result is always amazing!

I have myfitnesspal and Lose it! I think that I like Lose it! A little bit better, but they both rock! Good luck!

I wish my problem is that I need to eat more calories, but alas, I have the opposite problem. :) Good for you rockin' those workouts!

I, too, use myfitnesspal and also love it...unfortunately I go over calories a little too often...mostly if I don't work out that day, but it definitely keeps me aware of that which is nice :)
