Weekend Recap

Workout: 30 minute run outside (1 minute sprint, 1 minute walk, 1 minute sprint, 1 minute walk, etc.) & Shred Level 2

So now that we've got that out of the way, how was your weekend?! I hope everyone had a FAB Fathers Day. I got to spend it with these 3 gents

After my morning run, I made Nick bfast, we went for a walk, and literally just layed around all day. Such a lazy day, but those are the best right? For din din we met the fam for some wings and burgers (salad for moi) at Buffalo Wild Wings. Sorta disappointed with the salad and service last night tho. Maybe I just wasn't feeling the salad and should have gone for something I REALLY wanted
But then I'd have to pull a Pippa Middleton and run 20 miles and bike 30
