I was going to suggest the Hal Higdon...You go girl! I was going to suggest the Hal Higdon plan as well. I used it when I was training for my half (that I didn't end up doing and now kick myself for). It stops at 10 miles. I did one 11 mile run, though, because the thought of going into the race only having run a distance 3 miles shorter than the half made me nervous. <br /><br />I'm thinking about training for a half in 2012 too, but since I haven't run in a month, who knows if that's going to happen! It's so hard to find a good workout routine when I'm working full time, too.
