I use to use fitday.com but like fitnesspal better.<br /><br />...and you have to work on upping your calories??? Really? It can't be that hard to eat. I do know what you mean though it can be a challenge to eat just the right amount. When you input your exercise to fitness pal do you usually eat those extra calories that it allows you to have? I usually use up about half of them, I'm not sure if I should use them all, half, or none of them.
