Y'all just doesn't sound the same...

...with a California accent. Im seriously Y'ALL (Yup, see, doesn't sound right w/out the Southern in it), I read all these cute pearl wearing, poof extrodinare (talking to you Miss PLL), big hat loving girls blogs, and I die. You girls are so cute and prim and proper and have the best selection of cowgirl boots I've ever seen! I lived in the south for 3 years. Actually, let me stop right there, do you girls in the South consider North Carolina "The South"? I've heard mixed reviews. Anyways - I lived there for 3 years an envied that twang with which they talk with. And now, 3 years after I've left "The South", I'm going back to visit my seeeeester and niece
tand some fabulous friends......
and some of this. Cause the closest one I got is quite the drive.
Oh and I'll be having some of this too....

Hmm, I'm not sure I count North Carolina as The South, but I'm not sure what it would be then. LOL

I hope you have a great time!

NC is most definitely part of the South. Just depends on where you are in the state! Coastal-not so southern. Mountains-country folks! I live in the foothills of the
Appalachian Mountains here in NC and I've lived next to Nashville for 2 years, traveled to Georgia, Texas, Virginia and South Carolina and NC is as southern (if not more) as any other place in the south!

Sorry for the shout out to NC on your blog but I love love love this state!

P.S. enjoy your trip and get a Cook Out milkshake while you're here! :)

I think North Carolina is in the South, but I hated when Virginian's said that they were Southern! I know technically they are, but I feel like they are just rednecked Northerners!! Have fun!!

NC is in the South, but not the Dirty South. There's a difference. Ha!

Love me some Chick-fil-A. Yum.

NC is definitely in the South, just not the deep South. Haha! But they do have a Southern accent, so it counts.
