That make me sooooo happy. I just woke up from a FABULOUS 1.5 hour nap. I put the little dude down at 2 and it's now 4pm here in Cali. Oh and another great part? He's STILL asleep!! This is RARE people. I don't think I've woken up on my own and actually have felt rested in a very long time. Even when I was pregnant I was waking up at the demands of my bladder. I have noticed that when I go to the gym early in the morning before everyone wakes up, a nap is a MUST. AND caffeine. It makes it possible for me to get myself out of bed the next morning and do it again, ha! Just sayin - today is a GREAT day!

Aren't naps awesome? I never knew how much I would love them after I had kids. And wait. You go to the gym how early in the morning? HOW DO YOU DO IT? I have always wanted to get my workout in before my kids get up, but that would mean I would have to wake up at 7 am. Does that make me sound bad lol!!
And you shouldn't be able to have a stomach like that after you birth a child. Seriously, you shouldn't.
Isn't it great? Yay, sleep. :)
