Merry Christmas - Karli Clause is here!

Hello Wednesday readers! So I know I have been talking about how it's almost Christmas time which made me think how I'd love to be able to give you all a Christmas gift! Not only that, but my bloggy poo has reached 100 followers! Who woulda thought 100 people who care what I had to say? Certainly not moi.

I thought long and hard what to gift you all with and I thought, why not choose a gift that I myself would love to have! Something I rant and rave about! Something that can be used all year long! Can you all guess what that gift is? What product do I always say I get amazing workout ideas out of? OXYGEN MAGAZINE! What better time to start your healthy lifestyle than the beginning of the year?

Oxygen Magazine is filled to the brim with amazing workout tips, clean eating recipes, real life stories from women of ALL ages, and advice columns. My favorite thing about Oxygen magazine is there monthly routines. Right now, they are having a 3 month workout program to get 2011 started right. I plan on following it to a T to get this body in check after little T arrives. I have had amazing results with previous month to month plans they have organized, so if things aren't broke, don't fix it! Right? Right! I can't think of a better gift for you all.

Count me in!! And I'd want a year subscription cause a girl could always use some new work out tips!! Gym memberships around the city are super expensive (I'm talking over 100 bucks a month) so I always need some new tip that I could use at home.

My all-time favorite healthy recipe is teriyaki chicken---throw some chicken on the grill, brush on just a little teriyaki sauce...grill up some pineapple pieces and serve it all with brown rice and some steamed broccoli, carrots, snow peas, or whatever sounds good to you!

I can never seem to get to the gym. I work full-time. My husband has two jobs. I have two kids. I bet Oxygen would have some great 'workout at home' tips.

I love to be included in your giveaway! I wouldn't mind this subscription because...well...let's face it, who knows how easy it'll be to shed those baby pounds (though they are few) come 2011. And I like fitness magazines, so I'm all about it. :)

I love Oxygen magazine and used to buy it regularly. However, the economy and financial risks taken at the wrong time has hit my family hard so I can't afford to buy it anymore. It's a great magazine filled with tons of excellent advice, such a great tool.

One of my favourite clean eating recipes is slow cooked chicken breast in hot sauce, wrapped in lettuce and filled with sauted peppers and onions.

I AM ENTERING!!! I love Oxygen and Women's Health but I only have a subscription to WH.

I would love to share a clean eating recipe but I don't have any. I mean I know that I have made some healthy stuff in my cooking career as a wife, But none that I know are "CLEAN" off the top of my head. I do want to start eating clean. It is on my to do list before the New year to start menu planning as a way to start a healthy journey.

So I guess I could share my Green beans.

I use frozen French cut and I "Saute" them in a pan. I add a little EVOO, salt, pepper and/or garlic salt or other seasoning I feel will go with the meal I decide. I cook them until I feel they are done, not to soggy, I like them firm and a few to be a tad crispy YUM!

Cook on stove until browned in 2 Tbsp EVOO. Then put into oven for about 20 minutes.
