So everything is going wonderfully for our little man! The nurse practitioner called me and said that he is measuring at about 5lbs (WHEWY!), but those can always be off by a pound either way - so maybe 6lbs or maybe 4. With his expected to gain 1/2 lb per week till he is here, he is bound to be a 8-9 lb baby, ouch! She confirmed what the technician told me and said that he is laying transversely (which is why I could have been measuring small), but my OB will try to get him to turn (or he may turn on his own). His estimated due date is January 19th, but they are keeping the January 14th on their chart.

i have missed so much! glad to hear you are doing well. let's hope that baby turns on his own...i hear it can be painful for the doctor to try and turn them. they didn't even try to do that with me.
